Block from the former Hutt Valley Memorial College (aka Petone College)
The School has been closed and practically deserted for nearly 10 years now, this is where i spent my High School years. If there had happened to be a nuclear power station disaster nearby combined with the fact that the lawns are not still mowed, I would affectionately name it my own personal Chernobyl. The place sure had an eerie empty feel about it when i visited it last weekend.
I remember a time when the corridors were full of noise and the teachers tried to keep track of us all...
ReplyDeleteWOW....I RANDOMLY TYPED IN PETONE COLLEGE AND WAAAAALA! ANYWAY....THE GOVT SOOOOO SUCKED FOR CLOSING THIS SCOOL DOWN....I'LL NEVER GET OVER IT! TREATED THE COMMUNITY LIKE SHIT!!!!
